1) Limited Warranty Coverage INTI DRIP LLC offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our option: Repair the item, or Replace the item with the same or a comparable item, or Offer store credit, or Issue a refund (rare; typically only when repair/replacement isn’t possible)

2) Warranty Period Standard Warranty: 30 days from the date of delivery (If you want 60/90 days or 1 year, tell me and I’ll adjust it.)

3) What’s Covered Examples of covered issues (if verified as a manufacturing defect): Defective clasp or closure mechanism Broken link due to workmanship Faulty solder points Defective settings (if applicable)

4) What’s NOT Covered This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, tarnish/oxidation, fading from chemicals) Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or improper storage Water damage, chlorine exposure, harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products Damage from repairs, resizing, polishing, or alterations by anyone other than INTI DRIP LLC (or approved partners) Lost or stolen items Chain breakage from pulling, snagging, or excessive force Any “buyer’s remorse” outside the return policy (if applicable)

5) How to Submit a Warranty Claim Email [email protected] with: Your order number Clear photos and/or video of the issue A short description of what happened If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

6) Shipping for Warranty Claims Customer is responsible for shipping the item to us unless otherwise required by law. If the claim is approved, we may cover return shipping back to you.

7) Important Notes Items must be returned in the condition received (aside from the claimed defect). We may require inspection before approval. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state.
